Arrrgh! Twas an amazing weekend playing pirates with me best friend and our scurvy boys. We made those scallywags walk the plank and tossed them into the drink!
Every year for the past five or six years I've been participating in the "Boat for Hope", a Variety Club sponsored activity for children with disabilities. It is so much fun and gives our little guys a much needed and appreciated lift. They really do become pirates for the day sailing the high seas, swashbuckling and sometimes even captaining their vessels. There are so many people who give so much of themselves to make this event happen I cannot even begin to thank them enough. So I am putting out a call to anyone out there who feels so inclined to go to their site and give your support in what ever way you might choose, if you choose to.

I am telling you, your pictures are wonderful. Each image tells such a story. I love coming here and have missed you. What with one thing and another, I've been away too, too long. It's good to be back.
